Job Description
Insight Global’s top data client is seeking an Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the team in hands-on troubleshooting , identify repair plans, and participate in critical commissioning of mechanical equipment such as the process water systems, critical cooling air handlers, fuel oil systems and any first of a kind (FOAK) equipment. They will also need to review and comment on prelim and final TAB (testing, adjusting, and balancing) reports of the HVAC systems.
Pay rate: $57-76/hr, dependent on experience

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience as a mechanical engineer
Engineering degree
QA/QC mechanical experience
Hyperscale data center or mission critical (gas & oil, power plant, etc.) experience
Experience with procedures of flush plans and duct pressure testing
Construction background
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PE certification
