Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, from initial planning and budgeting through final closeout, while also identifying and estimating future project opportunities. On a day-to-day basis, this role coordinates and manages project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The Project Manager provides leadership and oversight to direct employees, site superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and contractors, while maintaining strong working relationships with owners, client representatives, and local code authorities. Additional responsibilities include managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, negotiating subcontractor modifications as needed, monitoring project progress, resolving issues that arise during construction, and overseeing punch list completion, project turnover, and final closeout activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• Strong expereince in managing multiple commercial projects at once In Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel (Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
Experience working on $10,000,000+ Sized projects, ideally hotel builds.
