We’re seeking an experienced Estimator who can take ownership of the preconstruction and estimating process — from conceptual budgets through final GMP proposals. The right candidate will partner closely with clients, architects, and our internal team to ensure every project starts with clarity, confidence, and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel (Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in preconstruction budgeting and working directly with design teams.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
