Required Skills & Experience

o Professional experience as Commercial Construction Project Manager.

o Experience managing multiple projects at once (Will be running 3 to 4 here).

o Experience managing both ground up and new construction builds.

o Team player with strong leadership skills, great written and spoken communication skills, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and delivers a positive image of our company with building owners, subcontractors, design professionals.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Experience proficiently handling invoice processing, preparing pay applications, managing subcontract agreements, and reviewing job cost reports promptly.

o Experienced in precast, conventional steel, wood frame, and pre-engineered metal building construction--skills essential for our diverse project mix.

o Experience working on new build construction on commercial buildings up to 6 million square feet.

o A sociable individual and likes to golf!

Day to Day:

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
