We are actively seeking an Incident Response for a contract position. This person will be responsible for monitoring critical systems incident from a Tier 1 perspective. This person should have a strong background in application incidence management, using playbook and runbook documentation to escalate if needed, and notifying critical development teams of tickets to help solution. This individual will also be documenting procedures, monitoring dashboards, and recognizing incident trends and conducting analysis. This person will be using ServiceNow for ticket monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3+ years of incident response/monitoring business critical systems
- Familiar with ITIL or similar incident response frameworks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- BigPanda, ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA, Graphana, Offramp, Elastic experience
- Customer Service experience
