Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Entry-Level AI Innovation Associate for out Financial Services client. This role is ideal for a motivated, early-career professional with a passion for innovation, AI, and problem-solving. The associate will work closely with an AI Innovation team focused on rolling out Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven capabilities across the organization. This individual will help drive adoption, create compelling educational content, support AI agent development, and engage directly with business stakeholders. The role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technology, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within an innovative, forward-thinking team. Additionally, you will:
Support rollout of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities across business units
Assist with AI adoption efforts, training, and change management
Create content explaining Copilot use cases for Loans, Commercial, and Private Wealth teams
Help design, test, and document AI agents and automation use cases
Collaborate with Innovation Team and Copilot leader on strategic initiatives
Engage directly with business partners through meetings and presentations
Learn new tools and technologies independently and apply them to real projects

Background in business, technology, innovation, or data-related fields
Content creation experience (training materials, presentations, demos)
Customer-facing or stakeholder engagement experience
