Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Crane, IN. This role is on a 6-year program supporting both the Navy and Marine Corps, providing IT support to the local bases across the United States. The day to day includes:
* Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
* Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
* Printer and related hardware resets
* User account support
* Customer service
* Working through trouble tickets
