IG is looking for a Project Manager OR Engineer w/ Project Management skills to support one of our customers in Carmel, IN. This individual will manage Generator Interconnection projects and support engineering analysis, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory alignment. They will collaborate with the client and cross functional teams, Transmission Owners, Interconnection Customers, and neighboring entities to resolve issues and support project progress. They will perform system modeling and data analysis using tools like PSS/E, TARA, and DSA. They will review technical data to validate assumptions and ensure consistency with planning standards. Lastly, they will track project milestones to maintain Tariff compliance and timely execution.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Specific experience within one or more of the following: project management, transmission design/planning/operations/maintenance/construction, generation planning, contract management, or regulatory processes.
- Energy industry experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with ISO/RTO operations and regulatory functions
- Knowledge of NERC and FERC compliance requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proficient in power system analysis tools: PSS®E, TARA, DSA, and similar.
