Job Description
Purpose
Lead a functional assessment of our client’s Power Platform workflows; architect a governance and environment management framework; demonstrate best-practice modeling on two selected workflows (sandbox only).
Scope
- This role supports an 8-week functional assessment focused on governance, methodology, and workflow optimization recommendations.
- Activities will center on documenting and demonstrating best-practice standards, sandbox-level modeling, and environment governance design.
- The engagement does not extend to production-grade implementation; it is exclusively focused on design validation, documentation, and architecture of workflow governance for two selected sample workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate workflow categorization, reusability, triggers, and error-handling design.
- Assess integration patterns across Power Automate, HRMS, and authentication platforms.
- Define environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod) and promotion process through managed solutions.
- Establish secure connector and identity approach leveraging Microsoft Entra ID.
- Develop fallback and error-handling patterns ensuring workflow resilience.
- Co-author the Best-Practice Artifact capturing workflow governance methodology and optimization recommendations.
- Recommend environment segregation and access governance.
- Define source object protection, versioning, and change-control processes.
- Collaborate with our client’s COE to define ALM strategy aligned with corporate policies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Power Platform administration or development experience.
• Experience in enterprise governance, environment management, and change control.

• Microsoft Certification
- PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
