Insight Global's client in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is looking to hire an M&A Project Manager with a broad spectrum of IT knowledge, including expertise in managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or carveout projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful relationship management, particularly in cross-functional and remote team settings. Experience in managing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) is essential for this role. This position is fully remote and offers the potential for permanent hire based on performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions or carveouts, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders, team members, and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.
2. M&A Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in managing M&A or carveout projects to navigate complex integration processes, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and technical teams. Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
4. Transition Service Agreements (TSAs): Oversee the management of TSAs, including the identification of critical services, negotiation of terms, and monitoring of service delivery. Ensure smooth transitions of IT services between entities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
