Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention:
o Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent.
o Lead and coordinate new hire onboarding.
o Develop and implement retention strategies.
2. Compensation and Benefits:
o Conduct salary analysis to ensure market competitiveness of compensation packages.
o Oversee compensation structures and tools, including incentive compensation and bonuses.
o Administer employee benefits programs.
o Communicate benefits information to employees.
3. Performance Management:
o Administer performance review process.
o Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues.
4. Talent Development:
o Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
o Identify training needs and develop professional development programs.
o Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
5. Employment / Employee Policies and Handbook:
o Develop, update, and enforce company policies and employee handbook.
o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
o Manage employee data and records.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
o Maintain compliance with all employment-related regulations and labor laws.
o Handle regulatory issues and ensure company adherence to legal standards.
7. Employee Relations:
o Address employee concerns and complaints
o Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts
o Promote a positive and productive work environment

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment.
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
