Job Description
Our client is an aviation services organization, and they are looking for a leader to manage and scale the digital enablement and software engineering team within the larger digital and technology teams within the organization. This includes managing the entire API, web services, and back end java/spring boot technical resources for multiple products within the portfolio at a time.
This may also include new pipeline projects in additional to the existing portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of hands-on Software Engineering experience - API, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, etc.
• 3+ years of leading and managing software engineers
• Experience leading/managing people – performance management.
• Extensive experience leading the emerging technologies charge for an organization.
• BA in related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Aviation industry experience.
