Job Description

Our client is looking for a hybrid SharePoint and Website Administrator to join the Digital Product Team. This person will provide technical oversight to various digital properties within the company’s environment. They will need specific expereince being the primary SharePoint administrator for an enterprise environment, as well as extensive experience working on managing, maintaining, and enabling various websites. This person will work closely with all areas of IT, marketing, communications, and various 3rd party vendors.

The purpose of this position is to maintain website alignment with brand standards, manage user experience, and support company priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint administration experience – configuration, maintenance, security, and end to end operations of the company’s SharePoint environment.
• Experience standing up a SharePoint environment – developing, maintaining, and executing.
• Enterprise CMS platform optimization experience.
• Website administration experience – UI/UX support, performance optimization, SEO, cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of web development/accessibility – HTML/CSS.
• Experience with new user optimization and maintenance of access permissions.
• Experience with new user training on content workflows and governance.
• Google analytics expert – granting access and maintaining account structures.
• BA in related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Aviation or commercial airline industry experience.
