Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contracts, Vendor, and Financial Analyst to manage vendor relationships, oversee contract lifecycle processes, and support financial analysis related to procurement and vendor performance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and driving strategic sourcing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contracts Management
Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Monitor contract terms, obligations, and performance metrics.
Vendor Management
Evaluate and onboard new vendors, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and risk assessments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve vendor-related issues.
Financial Analysis
Analyze vendor spend, cost trends, and savings opportunities.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to vendor contracts.
Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Compliance & Risk
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Monitor vendor compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedure
& creating presentations
pay rate: $8/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
3+ years of experience in contract management, vendor relations, or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial principles.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and contract management tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
