Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled GRC Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in IT Risk Management, particularly within ServiceNow. This critical role involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating IT risks while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. Given the peak season, our client needs additional support to manage their technology risk portfolio effectively. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive governance, risk management, and compliance efforts, and may also participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Proficiency with GRC tools and a strong understanding of industry frameworks and compliance standards are essential. This remote position reports directly to the Manager of IT Risk.

4-5 years of hands-on experience in GRC Technology Risk Management
Must be very proficient in ServiceNow GRC Tool
Experience conducting/facilitating risk assessments
Ability to conduct and facilitate risk assessment using three Risk Frameworks:
ISO 27001
SOC 2
NIS CSF
Qualys familiarity
Compliance Risk Certs: ISACA, CISM, CRISC
Scripting Skills (Any language is accepted)
Standard MS Office Suite
Industry background in FinTech or Software Development
Experience in 3rd party/vendor risk
SCC Cyber Security Rules
PowerBI
DORA
ISO 24001, CSMC Industry Certification
