Job Description
Most days differ, but this Data Scientist will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to uncover insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. They will analyze large datasets, build predictive and forecasting models, design experiments, and present executive‑level recommendations. Their work directly influences strategic planning and financial decision‑making across the business.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years applying analytics to solve business problems (finance, operations, marketing, supply chain, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with forecasting, segmentation, predictive modeling, and experimentation/A‑B testing
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau
• Experience quantifying financial impact/ROI of analytics initiatives
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
• Experience applying machine learning to structured & unstructured data
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze large datasets
• Excellent communication skills for non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience presenting directly to senior or executive leadership
Willingness to travel up to 20%
