We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst/Engineer with a strong background in SailPoint IdentityNow to support the ongoing identity access management initiatives for our client, API Group. This role is more break-fix/support-oriented than engineering, but still requires solid technical capabilities to troubleshoot and maintain IAM systems effectively.

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
Proven track record in IAM operations, including user provisioning, access reviews, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with identity governance, RBAC, and compliance workflows.
Understanding of identity integrations (e.g., Active Directory, HR systems, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
