Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to support and enhance our client's customer facing website, partnering closely with Product Managers and technical delivery teams. This role blends traditional Product Owner responsibilities with light Scrum Master duties, requiring strong technical acumen, ownership mindset, and the ability to drive execution from requirements through delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

-6–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner
-Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and PI Planning
-Proven experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
-Comfort working directly with engineers and technical stakeholders
-Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint management, in Azure Boards
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and lead execution
-Strong experience working with ServiceNow
-Experience working in an enterprise environment and prior technical experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience using GitHub Copilot
-background as a QA engineer
