Job Description
• Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis on global privacy, data protection, and AI laws (e.g.,
GDPR, CPRA, LGPD, PIPL, DPDPA).
• Execute and support DPIAs, PIAs, RoPAs, TIAs, and related privacy risk assessments.
• Drive remediation of identified privacy risks, including tracking corrective actions, validating control
implementation, and supporting closure of findings.
• Support integration of privacy controls into business processes, systems, and global initiatives in
alignment with privacy-by-design principles.
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of privacy policies, notices, standards, and guidance
documentation.
• Work closely with business units and functions to identify and resolve issues relating to personal data
processing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support regulatory compliance activities, including follow-ups, audits, and evidence preparation.
• Assist with vendor and customer privacy due diligence, contractual privacy reviews, and incident
management.
• Support global privacy initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice law in India (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in privacy, data protection, technology law, or regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of major global privacy laws.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations.
• Strong privacy technology knowledge, legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• One or more Privacy certifications (such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM).
