Insight Global is looking to hire a Secret cleared Core Developer with AI Integration Expertise, you’ll work on a dynamic Agile Scrum team to design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems while embedding AI capabilities into real-world applications. Your day will begin with standups and collaborative sessions to refine requirements and align on sprint goals. You’ll architect and implement AI-driven features—such as retrieval-augmented generation systems, agentic workflows, and secure model deployments—while ensuring seamless integration with legacy and modernized systems. You’ll also lead mentoring efforts, guiding developers on AI best practices, prompt engineering, and secure implementation. In addition to hands-on coding, you’ll contribute to architectural decisions, evaluate system performance, and stay current with emerging AI technologies to drive innovation across the team.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of software development experience, including 2 years in AI/ML or NLP-focused projects
Proven experience implementing and deploying AI/ML models (including RAG systems) into production environments
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
Experience mentoring developers and leading AI integration efforts across cross-functional teams
Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain) and familiarity with secure coding practices and AI system safeguards
Completed Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with vector databases, embedding techniques, and agentic workflows
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and tools like Amazon Bedrock or OCI
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures
Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker) and data pipeline development
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
