Job Description

4+ Years of Relevant Networking Experience (2 with a Masters Degree) - configuring, activating, testing, and analyzing network systems
Python / JSON scripting experience
Active Secret Clearance
Security+ Certified
Bachelors Degree completed (more years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global is looking to add a Secret Cleared Implementations Network Engineer to a federal clients team. This individual will be sustainment activations team, where they will perform installation oversight, configuration, testing, monitoring, servicing of network equipment and activation of networks for projects supporting the Department of Defense networks.

Responsibilities include:
Perform customer coordination, Initial Test and Acceptance (IT&A), execution of all reporting functions, and complete data input associated with new network equipment and service activations to ensure they are implemented in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) standards.
Configure and maintain DISAs out-of-band management network consisting of Cisco and Juniper devices using baseline configurations customized for each site.

Upgrade software on Cisco and Juniper devices.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
Experience with Riverbed (modeling tool that the team uses)
