Job Description

A large plastics manufacturing client is seeking a Process Manager to join their team in Romeoville, IL. This individual will be overseeing 15 to 20 technicians, and will also be responsible for machine maintenance, communication with vendors, and will serve as the main point of contact for all mechanical issues and parts. This person will report directly to the plant manager and should have strong leadership experience and a hands-on background. This is a first shift role on-site 5x per week from 7:00am to 3:30pm and requires flexibility.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience managing direct reports

- 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or engineer

- Process improvement experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Plastics manufacturing industry experience

- Blow molding or injection molding experience
