Technical & Platform Expertise
Lead Salesforce integration projects (CRM/ERP experience acceptable in lieu of Salesforce).
Collaborate with developers, architects, and admins on technical design.
Understand data models and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Oversee data migration, transformation, and synchronization strategies.
Project Management
Apply Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Use project planning tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Handle risk management, issue tracking, and escalation.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
Drive user adoption, training, and post-go-live support.
Ensure governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Engage with C-suite stakeholders and present project milestones.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Lead cross-functional workshops and demos.
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Create compelling decks and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of CRM migration experience.
Strong understanding of data migration from CRM and Great Plains accounting modules.
Experience working with executive leadership.
Ability to speak to technical teams and manage milestone delivery.
Familiarity with Planview (not required); Smartsheet, MS Project, or SmartServer are acceptable.
