Procurement Strategy and Analysis
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Develop and implement procurement strategies
Monitor market trends and supplier performance
Conduct spend analysis for cost reduction
Vendor Management
Identify and evaluate suppliers
Build and maintain vendor relationships
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
Negotiate contracts and pricing
Contract and Compliance Management
Draft and manage procurement contracts
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Maintain accurate records
Support contractor reviews and coordinate with legal teams
Collaboration and Communication
Work with internal departments to align procurement needs
Provide updates and reports on procurement activities
Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders
Assist with governance reviews and document validation
Operational Tasks
Process purchase orders
Develop and execute RFPs/RFQs
Assist in policy development
Use procurement tools to streamline processes
Manage AdobeSign workflows and contract templates

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
Experience with ContractorConnect, Beeline, or Fieldglass
Familiarity with AdobeSign and Microsoft Excel (template-based work)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable reviewing contracts and understanding legal terminology
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CPSM or CPP certification
Experience conducting spend analysis and developing procurement strategies
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes
