Job Description
You’ll play a key role in turning construction designs into clear, buildable 3D models that help projects run smoothly from coordination through construction.
Translate construction documents into accurate, constructible 3D models
Coordinate models with other trades to identify and resolve conflicts before work reaches the field
Review and audit 3D models from consultants and contractors using Autodesk Revit
Extract and verify quantities directly from 3D models
Maintain and update BIM project documentation
Support engineers and senior leaders by assisting with drawings and plans
Ensure drawings and models are accurate, clear, and easy to interpret

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in VDC/BIM
Technical knowledge of mechanical systems (ductwork, piping, plumbing, electrical)
Proficient in Revit & Navisworks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
MS office suite
Bluebeam
AutoCAD
Any Autodesk certifications
Sisque experience
