Insight Global is looking for a Secret Cleared Project Coordinator to join our clients team near Scott Air Force Base in O'Fallon, IL. The Project Coordinator will help plan and coordinate meetings, working groups, and schedules; tracking action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments remain visible and on track. Preparing timely, accurate status reports and administrative documentation for leadership will be a huge responsibility. This role helps maintain execution discipline across the program by supporting integration and coordination between different branches and multiple supporting contracts, while ensuring project records remain organized, current, and accessible.

Required Skills & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Active SECRET security clearance
1+ years of Project Coordination or administrative project support
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to track action items, milestones, and deliverables accurately
Experience managing schedules, meeting logistics, or status documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting DoD acquisition or IT programs
Familiarity with government portfolio management, task tracking, or workflow tools
Experience coordinating across multiple contracts or program branches
Background in government program documentation or administrative support
