Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Midwest Remote Secret Cleared SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) to a federal client's program based at Scott Airforce Base. This role will lead the delivery of customer-defined, technical, and security-related software projects within an agile environment. As the primary RTE, you will guide and coach the Agile Release Train (ART) through the entire software development lifecycle using the SAFe framework, ensuring alignment with program goals and stakeholder expectations. You will serve as the chief scrum master, fostering continuous improvement, coordinating dependencies and risks, and removing impediments to ensure seamless delivery. This role requires exceptional communication skills to interface with clients, product management, epic owners, product owners, and enterprise architects, promoting transparency and collaboration. You will facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, support roadmap development, and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Additionally, you will track key performance metrics, vet incoming work items, and oversee delivery through the SDLC, ensuring product quality and timely execution. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation across all teams.

SAFe Release Train Engineer 6.0 Certified
Bachelor's degree
Active Secret Clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using Digital.ai Agility/Version One
Understanding of agile software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, DevSecOps, and release management
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) applications
