Insight Global is looking for a Secret Cleared Functional Requirements Analyst to join our clients team near Scott Air Force Base in O'Fallon, IL. This person will be leading ongoing requirements sessions with Military Service and DoD Agency stakeholders, applying deep knowledge of transportation and logistics operations across air, sea, and surface domains. The role develops use cases, BPMN process models, functional designs, and supporting documentation, while also refining backlog items such as epics, features, and user stories to ensure alignment with validated operational outcomes. The analyst facilitates WIPTs, Functional Review Boards, and Agile Change Control Boards, capturing decisions and maintaining all artifacts within government requirements tools. Daily work includes ensuring DOTMLPF‑P alignment, preparing briefs and status reports for senior leadership, and serving as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and informed decision‑making.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in requirements analysis or business process reengineering
Active SECRET clearance
DoD logistics or transportation operations/systems experience
Hands-on experience with BPMN, use cases, and requirements traceability
Experience supporting Agile and/or SAFe environments
Experience working across technical, functional, financial, and administrative teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting or implementing ERP SaaS solutions in DoD/Federal settings
Knowledge of ERP-based process reengineering and configuration-driven design
Familiarity with RMF, cloud security, and FedRAMP
Experience with Agile/SAFe governance for COTS/SaaS implementations
Agile certifications (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, etc.)
DOTMLPF-P analysis experience
