Job Description

A client of Insight Global seeking an Agile Scrum Master to lead Agile software development teams supporting Department of Defense enterprise modernization initiatives. This position serves as a servant leader responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of related experience.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
Minimum three years leading Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, configuration management, quality assurance, and release management.
Ability to pass an Information Technology Level I background investigation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or other SAFe certification.
Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financial Management programs for the Department of Defense.
Experience with information exchanges or data warehouses.
Experience with test automation.
Knowledge of Building Security In Maturity Model (BSIMM).
Experience supporting continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
