• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and gain a strong understanding of each business area to focus recruitment efforts effectively and cost efficiently.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies that address the specific needs of each role.
• Use creative sourcing methods to identify top active and passive candidates across a wide variety of roles.
• Effectively communicate UL's mission, values, and employee value proposition to candidates.
• Manage the end to end recruitment process, including coordination with HR Shared Services for interview scheduling, pre screening, and new hire documentation.
• Ensure compliance through accurate and timely maintenance of candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets, selection decisions, and offer recommendations.
• Stay current on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively share insights with the broader HR team.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
• Direct recruiting experience is required. Must have proven ability to manage end to end recruitment across multiple job types.
• Experience recruiting for IT and/or Sales roles in the European region is strongly preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally OracleHR or other cloud based HCM platforms.
• Strong sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive outreach techniques.
• Ability to flex sourcing approaches based on role needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Working knowledge of European labour practices as they relate to recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required. Spanish or Polish is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, international environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
