Job Description

Lead and manage SOX compliance initiatives with a focus on IT risk, access control, and audit readiness. Drive remediation of control weaknesses, conduct control testing, and ensure audit evidence is complete and effective. Collaborate across departments to align compliance efforts and minimize risk exposure. Ideal candidate has Big 4 experience and a strong background in user access reviews and SOX program execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years SOX internal audit experience from a Big 4 firm (or 5+ years if not Big 4)
- Experience in user access reviews and access control remediation
- Strong understanding of IT general controls (ITGCs) and SOX 404 compliance
- Experience conducting control testing and documenting audit evidence
- Ability to drive remediation plans and monitor corrective actions
- Excellent collaboration with internal audit and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Exposure to risk assessment frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, NIST)
