Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Develop and update occupancy plans and migration strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather headcount forecasts and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze space supply and demand, and report on utilization and capacity.
- Recommend and enforce space standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support construction and move projects by aligning planning strategies.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Conduct facility audits and approve moves in coordination with FM teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

- Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to develop and manage occupancy plans that align with corporate guidelines and maximize space utilization.
- Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas) and ability to interpret and present space utilization data.
- Strong Communication Skills: Capable of interacting with executive-level clients and translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- Project Management: Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities independently.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to foster relationships across departments (Real Estate, Finance, Business Units, etc.).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with space planning tools and systems.
- Understanding of mobile/collaborative workplace concepts.
- Preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or Construction Management.
- Ability to visualize and optimize space layouts.
- Experience with PowerPoint
