Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role involves leading the design efforts for our enterprise platform, which focuses on tracking resource usage. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor based out of the Naperville Illinois, and you will be managing a small team of junior designers.

Required Skills & Experience

Lead and manage all UX design work within the assigned portfolio.
Conduct user research, lead workshops, and facilitate whiteboarding sessions.
Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, including high-fidelity prototypes.
Work with established design systems to ensure consistency and quality.
Delegate tasks and manage the work of 2-3 junior designers who sit internationally.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
Strong people management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior designers.
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and managing large-scale products.
Relevant certifications in UX design.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
