Job Description

Support the Product Owner directly with Salesforce backlog management
Refine, document, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead and participate in backlog refinement sessions
Ensure requirements are clearly documented for developers and testers
Perform proactive research and refinement ahead of stakeholder reviews
Coordinate requirements across multiple teams with varying delivery models
Support ongoing enhancements and change initiatives within Salesforce

Required Skills & Experience

Local to Naperville, IL and able to be onsite 2–3 days per week
5+ years of Business Analyst experience (most recent experience most important)
Strong Salesforce experience, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Wealth Management / Wealth Banking domain experience
Hands-on Agile experience
Strong user story writing skills 
Clear, detailed acceptance criteria writing experience
Experience supporting large backlogs in an evolving Salesforce environment
Ability to work with global/offshore teams across time zones
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
Strong communication skills; able to remain neutral during heated discussions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with hybrid Agile / waterfall dependency teams
Exposure to Agile coaching or teams newly adopting Agile
Experience transitioning Salesforce Classic to FSC
Salesforce reporting and metrics experience
Background in large financial institutions
