Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager to drive execution across a portfolio of Product Security initiatives spanning multiple global software development teams.
This role will support 6–8 engineering groups (ranging from small pods to large-scale teams) and is critical to improving engagement, accountability, and delivery consistency across the program.
This is not a “check-the-box” PM role — the ideal candidate brings enough technical/domain awareness (SDLC + security) to proactively identify gaps, influence teams, and step in to facilitate solutions when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Drive coordination and execution across multiple product and engineering teams
Improve engagement across smaller, distributed teams and ensure alignment to security priorities
Own centralized tracking of initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and actively drive accountability (not just report status)
Partner with engineering and security stakeholders to embed security into development workflows
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and proactively step in to help drive resolution
Support rollout and adoption of secure SDLC practices across teams
Coordinate execution against defined security goals and remediation timelines
Provide clear, actionable updates to leadership on progress, risks, and blockers
Core Program Focus Areas
Elimination and remediation of critical/high vulnerabilities
Removal of secrets from codebases and enforcement of scanning tools
Adoption of CI/CD-driven deployments (eliminating manual production releases)
Enforcement of production access controls and environment isolation
Integration of security tooling into pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, etc.)
Implementation of WAF and application-level protections
Establishment of security champions within each scrum team
Coordination of identity, access, and privilege management improvements
