Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage a brand new project that is in the RFP stages. Currently legal teams use Corecentric (TIGR) and Thompson Reuters (Serengeti) for contract and matter management - both systems are up for contract renewal in 2024. The business is requesting a centralized system that will provide a core document management system with legal workflows. The objective of this project is to implement an Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) platform that will be built on Document Management System (DMS) with workflow functionality for Legal Contract Management, Document/Matter Management and Claims Management for all regions. This project will begin with an RFP that will determine implementation needs and usage of a DMS. This project will require a PM who can properly coordinate deliverable across the global and regional legal teams for document management and legal operation workflow, with vendor collaboration.

+10 years of technical Project Management experience in a large, global, enterprise environment
ELM & Document Management System experience
Experience leading large transformational projects
Experience engaging with stakeholders & tech teams
Able to define scope, create project plans, risk management, follow up reports - Excellent coordination, planning skills
Extremely strong financials experience -- Able to manage overall project budget without a budget coordinator/financial analyst
Experience with accruals, project budget, forecasting, reconciliation, capital v. expense, GR & accruals...
Able to work independently, leadership abilities, detail & team oriented, a driver
Must be willing to work in a fast pace, highly visible, time constrained environment
Excellent communication and people skills and not shy to speak up, executive presence
Able to be flexible for global meetings
