Job Description

A clinical client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Services Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong background in managing clinical operations. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, managing a team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists, as well as ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. This person will also be a pivotal player of helping grow the business further and will foster a collaborative partnership with the owner.



Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

* Manage, lead, hire, and support a team of PTs, OTs, and SPs with an Inpatient & Outpatient setting.

* Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

* Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care plans for residents.

* Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.

* Ensure the clinic is equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.

* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and maintaining patient records.

* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

* Stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy and assisted living care.

Required Skills & Experience

* M.S. or B.S. in Physical Therapy

* Licensed Physical Therapist (Can be out of state)

* Experienced as a Physical Therapist with an out of box thinking mindset.

* Willingness and eager to be in a leadership role within a clinical setting.

* Experienced or open to working with geriatric patients.

* Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory requirements.

* Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

* Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and MS Suite.
