Job Description

Day to Day:
The Senior Project Manager will lead a large-scale ERP initiative focused on legacy remediation and deployment. This individual will operate as the bridge between legacy system teams and modern ERP implementation teams, owning planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication. They will manage cutover planning, track delivery across multiple workstreams, actively maintain ADO dashboards and Jira reporting, and provide consistent updates to IT leadership and PMO stakeholders. The role is highly visible, fast-moving, and critical to the success of a fully funded enterprise program with dozens of team members relying on this PM daily.

Responsibilities:
• Lead ERP legacy remediation and deployment efforts
• Own and manage cutover planning for ERP releases
• Maintain and present ADO dashboards and reporting
• Manage Jira workflows, reporting, and delivery tracking
• Drive PMO processes across the IT SDLC lifecycle
• Act as liaison between ERP teams and legacy system teams
• Manage risks, dependencies, pivots, and change management
• Communicate project status and issues to senior IT and C-suite stakeholders
• Support a large ERP program with ~60 dependent team members
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and release readiness are met

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level Project Manager (not entry-level)
• ERP implementation experience (greenfield required; SAP preferred but not required)
• Strong PMO process management experience
• Experience leading legacy remediation and deployment / cutover planning
• Hands-on experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) reporting and dashboarding
• Strong Jira experience
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs (50–60+ stakeholders)
• Strong IT SDLC project management background
• Experience reporting status, pivots, risks, and changes to leadership
• Ability to sit between modern ERP teams and legacy systems teams
• Strong executive and C-suite IT stakeholder communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, fully funded program
• No language barrier
• Able to be onsite 4 days per week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• SAP ERP experience
• Brownfield ERP implementation experience
• Prior experience backfilling or transitioning from a legacy PM
• Experience managing stakeholder conflict or misalignment
