Job Description
The IT Project Manager will lead a range of strategic technology initiatives across data governance, artificial intelligence, identity and access management, and reporting. This role is responsible for planning and executing multiple projects, some of which may run concurrently and have overlapping dependencies, requiring strong coordination across teams and workstreams. The IT Project Manager will establish appropriate project governance, manage technical resources, monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure delivery aligns with scope, timeline, quality, and business expectations. In addition to execution, the role will help define project success criteria, expected benefits, and measurable outcomes, partnering with IT, data, security, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver meaningful operational value.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience leading multi-project programs (not single projects) regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-project dependencies across products and data
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with IT infrastructure, data, and business leaders
• Ability to establish and operate project governance, cadence, and leadship-level reporting
• Hands-on experience driving delivery in time-bound initiatives (e.g., 6–12 month programs)
• Experience working with on shore and offshore resources across multiple time zones.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with clinical systems, clinical data, or real-world evidence platforms
• Familiarity with data ingestion, integration patterns, and data quality controls
• Experience delivering reporting solutions for technical and operational audiences
• PMP or equivalent certification
