About the Role: We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, Groovy, and PowerShell to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. You will configure, customize, and maintain our IAM solution to meet identity management, security, and compliance needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM capabilities and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
IAM Configuration & Customization: Configure and maintain IAM systems (ForgeRock/PingOne Identity Cloud), set up new application connectors, automate user provisioning, and manage identity governance.
Script Development & Automation: Develop scripts using JavaScript, Groovy, and PowerShell to automate workflows, streamline provisioning, and integrate IAM systems with enterprise systems.
Application Integrations: Design and implement custom connectors for IAM systems, supporting automated provisioning and deprovisioning. Expertise in SCIM and GraphQL required.
Security & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with security policies, industry standards, and regulations. Perform security assessments and remediate vulnerabilities.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for ForgeRock IAM solutions, troubleshoot identity flows, user provisioning, and system integration issues.
Monitoring & Reporting: Set up monitoring for ForgeRock components, ensure high availability and performance, and generate reports on system health and data anomalies.
Pay Rate: $78 - $82

7+ years in IAM solutions and scripting (JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell) and IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM, GraphQL).
Hands-on experience with IAM products (ForgeRock/PingOne Identity Cloud), with strong knowledge of identity federation, SSO technologies, LDAP, Active Directory, MFA, and RBAC.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, independent work capability, and effective communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
Experience with cloud-based identity and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).
Certification in IAM-related technologies (ForgeRock/PingOne preferred).
