Job Description
As a senior-level IT professional, you will design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance technology infrastructures specifically optimized for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) at enterprise scale. This role focuses on infrastructure architecture for AI deployments (on-prem and cloud hybrid), bridging data scientists, ML engineers, application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical blueprints, roadmaps, and production solutions. You will shape forward-thinking infrastructure strategies that support company-wide AI adoption, balancing innovation, stability, efficiency, security, and future-readiness. This position requires deep infrastructure expertise combined with proven enterprise AI deployment experience — not general application development or DevOps execution.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $210,000/Year

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ yrs hands-on infrastructure architecture (scalable cloud/on-prem design/implementation) -- + 5+ yrs support/operations
3+ yrs enterprise-scale AI infrastructure deployment (architecture, governance, standards, frameworks, CoE/roadmaps, impact)
- Deep AI/ML infrastructure: large-scale training/inference, MLOps, vector DBs, RAG/agentic, orchestration, data governance, high-throughput
- Majority experience in high-performance AI stack:
- On-prem Cisco UCS (AI Pods/converged networking), Pure Storage (FlashArray/FlashBlade for AI data), Rubrik (data protection/cyber resilience/backups for AI)
- Business-aligned blueprints, standards, modernization roadmaps
- 5+ yrs team leadership + 3+ yrs senior technical leadership; executive comms, cross-functional bridging
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Hands-on Google Vertex AI & Gemini (enterprise/Agent Builder, production agents/search/match/RAG)
- Emerging AI tech evaluation
- Security design, optimization/monitoring
- Vendor/cross-team collaboration
- 2+ yrs production enterprise AI platform support
