Job Description

A large retail company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join it's dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing Finance & Accounting and Dealership projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage project teams, stakeholders, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Resource Management: Engage and manage resources efficiently to ensure project needs are met. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, including project performance, progress, and outcomes. Use project management software to track project metrics.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
Experience in Retail industry.
Familiarity with Finance and Accounting and Dealership Applications.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
