Job Description
The Program Manager will lead a six-month, multi-project initiative delivering a new clinical application in the form of an online dashboard that integrates data from multiple source systems. The role is accountable for orchestrating no less than five interdependent projects, establishing program governance, managing cross functional team, and ensuring delivery within schedule, quality, and regulatory expectations. Beyond execution, the Program Manager will define program success factors, expected benefits, and measurable outcomes, partnering with clinical, IT, data, and business stakeholders to ensure the solution delivers meaningful clinical and operational value. In collaboration with business stakeholders, define a mechanism for post-implementation benefits tracking and validation to confirm adoption, performance, and realized value.

Required Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing multiple Project Managers across interdependent projects within a single program
• Proven experience leading multi-project programs (not single projects), ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-project dependencies across application, data, and integration workstreams
• Experience defining success criteria, KPIs, and benefits realization metrics
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with clinical, IT, data, and business leaders
• Ability to establish and operate program governance, cadence, and executive-level reporting
• Hands-on experience driving delivery in time-bound initiatives (e.g., 6–12 month programs)
• Experience working with on shore and offshore resources across multiple time zones.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with clinical systems, clinical data, or real-world evidence platforms
• Familiarity with data ingestion, integration patterns, and data quality controls
• Experience delivering dashboard or reporting solutions for clinical or operational audiences
• Prior involvement in post-implementation benefits measurement or value realization
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program-level certification
• Experience with direct reports and formal people management responsibilities, including performance feedback and development
