Job Description

A large retail company is looking for an international Rubrics SME to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of rubrics to assess employee performance, customer service quality, and operational standards across our global retail operations. This role demands expertise in rubric creation, cultural sensitivity, and alignment with retail industry benchmarks to ensure consistent, fair, and effective evaluation tools. The SME will collaborate with regional managers, HR teams, and training departments to deliver scalable rubric frameworks that enhance performance and customer satisfaction in diverse markets. Pay rate: $5-10/hour

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing rubrics for performance assessments, preferably in retail or customer-facing industries.
Expertise in rubric development methodologies, including analytic and holistic approaches, tailored to retail performance metrics.
Proficiency in analyzing performance data to evaluate rubric effectiveness (e.g., using HR analytics tools or qualitative feedback).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exceptional cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse retail teams.
Strong understanding of global retail standards, such as customer satisfaction indices and employee performance frameworks.
