Job Description
This Construction company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support their growing office staff across multiple entities. This role is a blend of strategic HR leadership and hands-on administration, requiring someone who can balance compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and process development.
Key Responsibilities
· Overseeing full employee lifecycle for office staff (recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, benefits).
· Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with company culture and business growth.
· Develop and refine policies, SOPs, and employee handbook content to ensure compliance and consistency.
· Lead office-staff recruiting efforts, with an emphasis on quality candidate pipelines for project managers, coordinators, and administrative roles.
· Handle sensitive employee issues with discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
· Coordinate benefits administration, annual reviews, and policy rollouts.
Support payroll, HRIS, and compliance reporting (union experience preferred but not required).
