Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stationary Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC/R and boiler operations. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient operation of our facility's equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Stationary Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on various systems to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of relevant building maintenance experience
High boiler certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Licensed as a Stationary Engineer or the ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
Technical training in maintenance field: HVAC/R trade school certification or equivalent
Strong troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and technical knowledge of boilers, HVAC systems, etc.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clinical & non-clinical staff.
