The Director, Supply Chain & Logistics Systems, leads the development and execution of technology strategies to optimize clients supply chain, logistics, and order-to-cash functions. This role blends business process expertise with IT execution to drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The Director partners across business and IT teams, manages transformation initiatives, and ensures scalable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction on best practices and emerging technologies across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Order-to-Cash.
Partner with functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities and deliver scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
Lead execution of initiatives such as touchless P2P, supplier diversity, contract lifecycle management, and risk mitigation.
Oversee end-to-end software implementation, including design, integration, testing, and hypercare support.
Act as functional lead for SAP S/4HANA migration or drive cross-functional change initiatives within the program.
Embed data and analytics into business processes in partnership with IT Centers of Excellence.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity to manage vendor and technology-related risks.

8+ years of systems deployment or global process ownership in Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, and Logistics.
Proven leadership in large-scale transformation and change management.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Familiarity with tools like Logility, Blue Yonder TMS, FourKites, SAP EWM.
3+ years of people management experience.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
Industry experience in CPG or Manufacturing preferred.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Analytical, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
