Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional enterprise applications programs with a focus on SDLC and Salesforce Programs. This role is responsible for driving program execution, aligning with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, presenting executive-level updates, and proactively identifying and reporting risks.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on enterprise applications.
Proven success leading large-scale programs involving multiple departments, vendors, or global stakeholders.
Experience leading complex SDLC program.
Strong understanding and experience leading a Salesforce program.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in risk management, dependency mapping, and executive reporting.
Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is a plus.
