This Project Coordinator will assist the IT Leaders across various projects within the Infrastructure vertical. This resource needs to be a self-starter, proactive, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will assist with the meeting scheduling, meeting documenting, sending relevant communications, and managing calendars.

- Associates Degree in related field preferred .
- 3+ experience as a Jr PM or Project Coordinator, 5-7 years total professional experience.
- Experience supporting IT project, ideally in the infrastructure vertical.
- Experience meeting scheduling, meeting documenting and sending relevant communications experience working in MS Project and/or ServiceNow SPM is a huge plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
