Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician for a leading healthcare technology client. This individual will provide hands-on technical support in a dynamic environment, working both at a walk-up service bar and directly on-site across office and factory floor settings. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and customer-focused, with strong foundational IT skills and the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. This is a high-impact opportunity within a key account, offering long-term stability and the chance to build strong client relationships while supporting critical operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of Windows environments
- Solid hands-on IT troubleshooting experience
- Basic networking knowledge
- Customer-facing / end-user support experience
- Linux experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, personable approach
- Efficient and solution-oriented work style

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting a service bar or IT desk
- Exposure to manufacturing or factory floor environments
- AV / meeting room troubleshooting experience
- Ability to multitask and manage tickets in a fast-paced environment
